On June 1st 2006 Bill Owens retired. Brian Owens had been running the operations for the past few years. Bill felt it was the right time to do this. Bill had been working in the HVAC industry since the late 60's. The concept has always stayed the same but technology is ever changing. Bill has always been a stickler for continuing education and when something came up he would say "Brian go take that class or exam, one day the company will be yours and you'll need it". Brian (Bills 1st son) is dedicated to giving customers the best service and the latest technology the industry has to offer.

Honorably discharged from both the U.S. Army and the Marine Corps; Brian is also a native of Chattanooga. Educated at Red Bank and Sequoia Vo-Tech. A 2nd generation HVAC Contractor with over 32 years field experience. He holds both a TN State & Local Class 1 Electrical & Mechanical Contractor License. including a Master Gas Fitters License as well. He has been a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors since 1989. "Education is key to a successful business." Brian enjoys learning all about new technologies and passing his knowledge to his employees and fellow contractors

Kelly is the latest to join the family business. She is Brian's youngest sister. When mom retired in June 2007. Brian thought she would be a great asset to his company. Kelly recently retired with 20 years in the Navy. She finished her Associate Business Degree at Chattanooga State. Kelly watches the books and her brother Brian, she makes sure the customers accounts are correct and the bills get paid.

Candy is the newest to join the Bill Owens team. She is parts certified,and has a background in the distribution side of heating and air. She joined the Bill Owens team in the early part of 2009 and is currently a student at Miller Motte Technical College. Brian thought that she would be a great asset to the company with her background in the parts side of the field. She orders all supplies and parts for the technicians, answers the phones, and takes care of the customers when they call with any question that they may have.
